Interns & Apprentices

Overview

Belmont Internships and Apprenticeships are designed to offer hands-on ministry experience to participants while working in a multi-ethnic church. If you’re looking for a way to try vocational ministry working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced leaders, this is for you.

Internships require 5-6 hours a week of on-site ministry work. These low hour internships are unpaid but we do cover the cost of travel if you are commuting weekly.  These positions are designed to give you a look into what a church does behind the scenes and access to our leadership for your own development. They typically last 3-4 months.

Apprenticeships require 8 hours a week of on-site  and off-site ministry work.  Apprentices immerse themselves in our church culture, working alongside our pastors and staff. These positions are reserved for those who believe they are called to full time ministry or have ministry (or equivalent professional) experience. These typically run 12-18 months and are tailor made to fit your school or work schedule.
